Payment terms (including deposits, progress payments, and final invoicing) will be stated in your project documentation. Late payments may incur fees or suspension of work as permitted by law. Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for taxes, permit fees, and third-party charges associated with your project.

5. Warranties and disclaimers

Any workmanship or materials warranties apply only as expressly stated in your written agreement. Except as required by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenz and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or our services. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the website or services (except where limited by law) will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no such payment applies.
